Free shipping in the United Kingdom.

Our delivery time is 3–4 weeks (21–28 days).
This includes 18–23 days processing time and 3–5 days transit time, making the total delivery time 21–28 days.
As soon as you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email. This means your order is in our system and processing has begun.
Delivery time may vary according to your location.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode will determine which delivery services you will be offered.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes on any of our delivery services.
Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. Use it on our tracking page to check your delivery status. If you don’t get it or it doesn’t work, contact customer support.
If your order hasn’t arrived after the max processing and shipping time, don’t worry. Please allow 2 extra days and check your tracking code. If it still doesn’t arrive, contact us with your order number.

Our Shipping Department is fully integrated with DHL & FEDEX, which means that the second your parcel is dispatched, you will be sent an email containing your tracking details. This allows both you and us to track your parcel’s every move from our door to yours!
